TU B’SHEVAT:

We were hoping to get to meet outside (masked) for Tu B’shevat this year. Omicron has put a damper on that plan, so we will meet online. We will not do a full seder but will have a bit of a service and gathering. If anyone wants to stay and discuss the Tree of Hope that the Kitsap Public Library put out a couple of months ago, it is an exercise in finding the things both positive and not so positive that we are rooted in, culturally and personally. It focuses on moving towards that which nurtures and allows us to grow. I thought it was a great exercise and a nice follow-up to this year’s High Holydays theme. Below are copies of the PDFs that the Kitsap Library shared. It would be an exercise to do ahead of time and then share together.
