TIKKUN OLAM

We can help fill the Helpline House food bank shelves, refrigerators and freezers as they get ready for their Thanksgiving shoppers on November 23rd and 24th. Helpline House relies upon our generous community to help provide much of the feast.

  • The collection of non-perishable holiday foods will take place from Monday, November 2nd through Friday, November 13th. Frozen turkeys can also be accepted during this time. (Small turkeys are preferred, 10-12 pounds, as freezer space at Helpline is limited)
  • The collection of perishable, refrigerated or frozen holiday food items will be Friday, November 20th and Saturday, November 21st. Turkey roast and turkey breasts, as well as small hams, are also popular.
  • Also welcomed are local market’s $25 gift card.
